The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Below we inform you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data when visiting our website.
3. Access data (server log files)
When you visit our website, information is automatically collected by the web server and stored in so-called server log files:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the retrieved file
- Referrer URL
- Browser and, if applicable, operating system used
- Name of your internet provider
This data is processed to ensure stable operation, for technical optimization and to defend against attacks, and is deleted after a short period. A combination with other data sources does not take place.

4. Contact
If you contact us by e-mail or contact form, we store your details for processing your request. A transfer to third parties does not take place without your explicit consent.

5. Booking system
The booking function on our website is operated via a technical solution that is currently hosted on the servers of our partner Franconia Air Service GmbH, Nägeleinsgasse 18, 91413 Neustadt an der Aisch.
SAI Air GmbH uses this system to process its own booking processes, including processing customer inquiries, flight planning, communication and invoicing. SAI Air has access to the personal data stored in the system.
Depending on organizational or technical developments, data processing may in future be carried out in whole or in part by SAI Air GmbH itself.
The processing of your personal data in the context of the booking takes place exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and to protect legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, in particular for a smooth process of your flight booking.

6. Cookies and external content
Our website uses cookies. We differentiate between:
- technically necessary cookies that ensure the operation of the website
- optional cookies, e.g. to display external content (Google Maps, YouTube)
When you first visit our website, you will receive a cookie banner with which you can give or refuse your consent for certain cookie categories.

7. Integrated services
a) Google Maps
We use Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) to display directions. The display only takes place after active consent. Your IP address may be transferred to Google’s servers.

b) MyFonts
For the typographic design of our website, we use fonts from the provider MyFonts, a brand of Monotype Imaging Inc., 600 Unicorn Park Drive, Woburn, MA 01801, USA.
When displaying the fonts, a so-called tracking pixel from MyFonts can be delivered – depending on the integration. Your IP address can be recorded and transmitted to Monotype’s servers in the USA.
We have integrated the fonts in such a way that the data protection requirements of the license agreement are met.

c) Social Media Plugins
Social media plugins (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) can be integrated on individual pages. These are only loaded if you have consented to their use via the cookie banner. This may result in the transmission of personal data to the respective providers.

d) Sirv (3D Model-Viewer)
We use Sirv as a service provider exclusively for the display and optimization of a 3D model on our website. Sirv helps us to efficiently manage, compress and adapt the 3D model to your device, resulting in faster loading times and an improved user experience. When you visit our website and load the 3D model, the corresponding data is provided via Sirv’s servers. Information such as your IP address, browser type and access time may be transmitted to Sirv.
